The Lighthouse

The warm-up. Most sessions start here: easy access for every level, a training area just a swim from the shore, and a reef shelf that surrounds you with marine life.

The Blue Hole & The Bells

The famous one. We dive the huge coral walls of the Blue Hole and in through The Bells arch, one of the most iconic routes in freediving. Stunning at any depth.

No certification required. Expeditions welcome experienced freedivers, complete beginners, and anyone who is comfortable in the water. The trips are not performance-focused, they are about exploring extraordinary places. Shebl briefs every dive and makes sure you're diving at whatever depth feels right.

Every expedition is led personally by Shebl and Rimi, the founders of Freediving Brain. Shebl is the AIDA Instructor Trainer in the water on every dive; Rimi runs the journey end to end. Together they've personally vetted every local operator and stay at each destination. There's no substitute team.

Yes. Wetsuits, fins, masks, weight belts, and lines are all included. Travel light, everything you need in the water is covered. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and a sense of adventure.

Yes. Every session runs with full safety protocols, buddy diving, and emergency oxygen on site. Shebl is in the water with the group on every dive. The safety infrastructure is there, it just doesn't get in the way of enjoying it. That's exactly the point.
